Wow! Everyone here was so wonderful! From the moment I walked in until I left with my car. I had an emergency to get to and Chris and the guys were able to fit me in and get the car ready to go in no time. I was afraid it would be expensive but it was very reasonable. They did a very comprehensive check up and caught a few things that I might need to watch. From now on we’ll be bringing our cars here! Thanks so much for explaining everything and being so very nice!

Not very often you get to say auto repair was an enjoyable experience. Dave was a pleasure to deal with, kept me up to date on status as the repairs progressed, and had my vehicle back to me much quicker than anticipated. This was a rare, good experience with an auto shop. I set an appointment online for next day. Dave offered an Uber home as it was going to take some time for check. Everything was straight forward and honest. This is definitely a place of recommendation.

I’m absolutely pleased with this company. Quick turn around honest, and reasonable pricing. I needed a new radiator, reservoir, thermostat, and something else and they figured out the problem. I have been trying to get my mustang overheating issue fixed for months, every shop including ford could not find the problem. This shop did finally, and I’m super happy! Mike and Chris were great and the customer service was phenomenal. They also send you pictures of the issue through this app thing and keep you updated. Thank you again!

I love these guys!I’m a grown up and I’ll admit, I usually depend on my Dad to tell me what to do with my cars and where to go only because I don’t trust people in general. Especially with things that are important to me such as my means of working and providing for my little people.With that said, after my fist visit (state inspection) at Integrity 1st Automotive-Central Plano -I had an opportunity to sit and just listen to the team’s interaction with other customers.When a business has knowledgeable repeat customers who trust them- that speaks volumes! And they weren’t even mad about spending the $$ to get work done on their cars. ☺️Greg and Kyle are professional and so warm and friendly.What could understandably be a stressful time - going to a mechanics shop, was actually very enjoyable. (1st time ever.)It is such a huge relief knowing I found a shop that I can trust.And they leave little thank you notes in your car!?!! How cute is that?!!

I was looking for a car shop in Wylie for service on my vehicle, I looked over several shops, called and read reviews and all we’re in the same - bad reviews, bad service, and bad customer service. It seemed that I couldn’t find a good honest mechanic shop until I came across Integrity 1st Auto. I thought it was too good to be true, a shop with great ratings, customer reviews, and quality customer service. I was met with all that and more, from the time I opened the door to the moment I was heading home. The team at Integrity 1st Auto went above and beyond, not sparing to inspect every major and minor component of the car to ensure all was well with my vehicle. Going in for routine service I expected the norm as anyone else would. What I got in return was amazing, they checked everything on the car and sent me a mobile report of each component they inspected and the team found several things that needed attention that would’ve gone unnoticed otherwise putting my vehicle at a compromise. Dave is a good honest man who runs this business, he gave me more than I asked for and has won my business for the future to come.

Dave and his techs are very honest and professional and kept me up to date on progress. When they had issues with the some of the work (due to mileage on the truck) and the alignment, they made me aware of it and all the things they tried to get it done. They even called around to find a place that could do the alignment and gave me the details to schedule the work. Highly recommend.

As a new resident of Plano, my experience at Integrity 1st Automotive was a positive one, from start to finish. Greg was understanding of my situation and even made accommodations to suit based on the timing of my travels. My car was thoroughly inspected and the information was clearly communicated to me. Waiting for a couple hours for the tow guy was not a problem, as the facility itself is welcoming and very comfortable, with WiFi/iPad/printing services, water/refreshments, and not to mention an excellent massage chair! The name speaks for itself - this is the place to be for excellent and trustworthy customer service, at an affordable price.

I came here for the very 1st time. I wasn’t familiar with their closing time and should’ve checked before arrival because I was told I wasn’t able to get an oil change same that same day due to them closing in 20 mins….Well, they made it work and got me in. I cant thank them enough and I appreciate that so so much. Came here after the dealership service manager told us we needed to change the engine - for a Nissan Altima that had just 109k miles on it. We were on the verge of selling the car, but decided to get a second opinion before doing it. Explained the situation and left the car here. They called back within 2 hours with the good news that there wasn't anything wrong with it at all.We have decided Integrity 1st will be the place to get our two cars serviced from now on.

This is the second time I have used Integrity 1st for an oil change and tire rotation. Both times they started working on my vehicles with in minutes of arriving and the services were completed in about 45 minutes. Their lobby is clean and has comfortable seating with free refreshments and snacks. While there I was fortunate to witness Dave (the man behind the counter) go the extra mile to assist another customer. He even offered to pay for an Uber if they needed a ride. When I got my car back I found a “Thank you” note on my dashboard from Rudy the service tech. I definitely recommend Integrity 1st.

This shop is the only one we take our vehicles to.Husband was on a deep sea fishing trip and the toddler left a dome light on. So far I’m very happy with Integrity 1st. The place I was taking my car to previously was creating problems to bring me back to the shop and tried to replace something that didn’t need replacing - wanting to charge me $1500. Since switching to integrity 1st , once they fixed the problem - that cost only about $370, I’ve not had additional issues. Integrity and honesty in a business is very important to me and I will continue to bring my business here until they start lying and doing what my previous mechanic did. So far I am happy with the service and the pricing. They seem honest and time will tell.

First class experience! You read review saying, 'friendly and professional;' and I totally agree. I initially went for an oil change and ended up having them replace the fuel tank on my Jeep. This was a repair that I knew needed to be done, so I asked them to give me an estimate. I liked everything I saw so we set an appointment for the repair. It went smooth and the work was done as promised.Dave is an outstanding 'face of the business.' He goes out of his way to provide first class customer service. The business has a clean, comfortable waiting area with snacks and drinks provided. They provide Uber for customers free of charge if you don't want to wait for your repair.Are they the cheapest? No, but I think they are competitive and reliable. I highly recommend you give Dave and Integrity 1st a call if you need your vehicle serviced or repaired. I think you'll be happy with the results!

To say that I was pleasantly surprised is a gross understatement and doesn't support the real facts. . .Which are I arrived maybe 2 hours before closing on Saturday. Not only were they informative, professional and courteous, there was not even 1% of doubt that my 2003 Mitsubishi eclipse GTS Spyder's a/c problem was to be rectified to 100% satisfaction. Always end up leaving the dealership service department with usually over $1000s of other things I should fix and not just the thing that came in to fix or you can buy this new car instead. Excellent experience at Integrity 1st Automotive. I was told by Acura Service guys that both of my struts are leaking, need replaced and the cost will be nearly $1400. Since I was not seeing any leaks myself - I decided to get a second opinion from Integrity 1st Automotive. They completed the diagnostics for me in a quick time, and were very honest that the struts did not need any replacement. Since initially they expected the diagnostics to take longer, Al dropped me home as well so that I am not waiting - although I would have loved to wait in the massage chair they have onsite :) --- recommend you guys anytime! Couldn't be happier with my experience. These guys are first class and did a fantastic job on my truck. I needed some warranty work done and they knocked it out of the park. I took it in for A/C and and mentioned my rear passenger door doesn't work with the fob and it keeps telling me there is a parking sensor out. These guys went ahead and worked with my warranty company and fixed everything. Even left a thank you note on the dash when I picked it up. I have a few more things I want to do to my truck and I won't take it to anyone else! So to thank them I took them some smoked prime rib!

Camshaft Seal R&R.Due to lack of parts availability, repairs took several days. Unfortunately, this is consistent with the times due to supply chain shortages. Repairs were completed as expected and I picked up my vehicle this afternoon. From what I can tell repairs are successful and I am satisfied with the results. My daughter had a check engine light on her fiat and had initially been told it was her alternator during an oil change at another repair shop. Alternator was putting out good voltage and on this car an alternator is a pricey job especially for a college student. Since we have used integrity before and were treated well, we decided to get them to confirm and handle the job. Integrity dug further beyond the alternator and found a wire had been damaged on the harness. They repaired the wire and saved us hundreds. It was close to the end of the business day, but they made sure to get my car in to get my A/C fixed when they could have easily told me to schedule for another day.I just needed a Freon refill, but they could have easily said I needed a new compressor or new A/C unit. When you find a auto shop that doesn’t actively try to rip you off and be genuinely friendly, you make sure to never go anywhere else. Found this company at the spur of the moment because I kept forgetting to get my state inspection. Booked the appointment the same day at a convenient time for me. Arrived at my scheduled time, was greeted, walked right up to the counter with no wait, they asked for my name, reviewed my info, took my keys and I was out in about 15 minutes. Once I got in my car there was a Thank You card with a handwritten note on my dashboard which was a REALLY PLEASANT thing to see and made me feel like my service request mattered. Went to these ppl and when I tell you they kno what ther talking about, they know. Greg, the manager asked me several question abt the problem I was having. I told him I needed an alternator, like Autozone told me I needed. After speaking with Greg, he asked Anthony to test my alternator. Come to find out I didn't need no alternator. I got a piece of metal in my tire and I watched the pressure fall as I drove in front of Integrity First. I pulled in and expected to be charged. Greg asked me if I had a warranty on my tire. I did, but could not get to the place with my warranty. They put my spare on, gave me the piece of metal to show, and marked my tire to alert the guys at my tire store. All the while they offered me drinks and snacks. I offered to pay something, but they said no charge. I am very grateful, and will return when I need other service. Thanks!

I brought my 2000 Jaguar XK8 to Integrity 1st because no one could figure out how to fix my car. After spending around $2000 at several garages and the dealer I was fortunate to land at Integrity. They have an innate curiosity about how things work or why they don’t, and they didn’t give up until they figured it out. I recommend them enthusiastically, without reservation! I don’t go anywhere else and I send all my friends there too. Everyone I send there leaves happy!

Amazing Amazing Amazing!!!!!!! Lets start with Mr Greg at the front counter!! He was exceptionally patient and kind, forthcoming with all information and just an all around good guy! This was my first visit to this establishment; it seems you cannot often go in for maintenance on your vehicle and not be upsold. While I was in the position that I would have said yes to practically anything, there was no need. The information in the report was clear and concise; they thoroughly explained everything that was issues of concern. They outline what I needed to do my next check-up and gave me a full report on each area they checked. I loved that I got a text message of the information and was able to view it before I went to pick up my vehicle to organize my questions. The statements in their waiting room say it all, what they are and do is pretty straightforward. While this was my first visit, I can say it will not be my last.

I've been here a handful of times and never had any issues with how they do things. They cut right to the chase by asking me why I'm coming in and what I need. I'm taken care of pretty much immediately and while I wait for the repair/service/etc I can sit in waiting room with drinks and snacks - it's comfortable and generally pretty quiet. Typically once everything is done I ask about what might have gone wrong or what extra stuff needs to be done and regardless of the answer I've always felt that I get a straightforward, no BS answer with hard information and pricing estimations. I don't mind ever mind getting something done here.

I came to Plano from El Paso to pick up my children for the Thanksgiving holiday and my alternator went out right when I was about to leave town. Since it was a Saturday morning the Carmax dealership where my Maxcare warranty should have been honored was closed these guys came highly regarded through repairpal. I limped my vehicle in to them and they literally took care of everything! Called Maxcare and got an approval on my behalf sourced a new part and put it in all within 3 hours and got my children and I on our way back home for the holiday! I can say this was the single best experience I have ever had with an auto shop. Absolutely professional, knowledgeable, personable and by far the nicest & cleanest shop I have ever been to.

I went to this location 19Nov2021 for a state inspection and an oil change. I had a groupon so it made this visit even sweeter.Service provided was professional, courteous, timely and overall gave out a good vibe. I waited in the lobby for my services to be completed.State inspection was about $30.They quote 45 minutes for oil change and about 15-20 for state inspection. Both were done for me in about 50/55 minutes.Technician also provided me with some additional information about getting other fluids changed (I didn't realize I had to get coolant/brakes and transmission fluids flushed out every so often). Overall, service was very good.They offer water, sprite and 7up in the lobby along with coffee and some snack size chips.WIFI available in lobbyKnowledgable staffI had to ask for a copy of the oil change inspection as they do not usually provide a copy.Recommended and will go back for future services.

Recently I had my car full 60K inspection, transmission fluid flush; filters replaced and brake oil, power steering oil at Integrity 1st Automotive.This is the only mechanic I trust, after years of multiple mechanics in multiple cities with a MY Infinity QX 60, I know that when there are car problems life gets stressful. And when you're not sure if you can trust your mechanic, life gets even worse. But now I have zero stresses about my car. If there's ever anything even remotely wrong I bring it in to AL at Integrity 1st Automotive and I know that they're only going to do what needs to be done, and it's all going to be at either a competitive price or the best price out there. They're genuine and friendly, and I tell people all the time that I would trust them with my life.Example: My brakes were squealing so I wanted to get them checked out. I went to a Just Brakes for them to check it out and the guy shined a flashlight at my tires and said it was time to get them all replaced. I thanked him for his time and went to AL at Integrity 1st Automotive to get a second opinion. He actually took the car in and inspected it and said there was no need. When I asked him how much longer they had he said probably 6-12 months depending on how I drive. The squealing was just from the change in temperature outside. Didn't pay a dime. Twelve months later I go in to get an oil change and remember about the brakes and ask him to check them out. Again, he says there's no need yet. When I asked him how long, he said another two or three oil changes. They'll never cheat you out of your money, and that's a load off my mind.

More importantly, they informed me that one of the issues found should still be covered by the warranty instead of trying to get me to have the repair done in house by them first. Truck broke down early morning, luckily in the Walmart Parking lot. Walmart was unable to fix it but recommended Integrity which luckily was across the parking lot and opened at 7:30 am. The folks were kind enough to help me get it over and did a full diagnostic, check the issue (alternator) as well problem solve to help me find the most economical fix. Now after traveling cross country I could have had my panties in a wad over the whole thing but instead felt assured by the quality of authenticity and services all while enjoying a massage (yes, they have a chair) enjoy a 🔥 cup of coffee. I had taken my vehicle in about 3 months ago to get a few different repairs and these guys left my car running perfect. Unfortunately, last week my car started leaking coolant and overheating and I decided to take it to the dealership, thinking it would be unmatches quality service. Unfortunately, the dealership decided to quote me for many things that had been recently repaired at Integrity 1st. So when i reached out to Albus he was super professional about the whole thing. He insisted that I bring it in to be checked under the 2 year warranty for their work...even sent his towing service at no charge to get my car from the dealership. Turns out all my car really needed was a hose replaced (which he said he would install at no charge). So far, both experiences with this shop have been top notch and they saved me from paying the dealership $1400. Thank you, Albus and team!

I would like to say and share how great the service has been during my time at Integrity 1st. I understand that there was a little misunderstanding about me responding to the survey with a not so nice service. That was not the case. Anyhow, my car was towed in and Al Zaidi saw that I needed assistance with my car. As the mechanic proceeded with the diagnosis, I was informed that I needed to leave my car for more service.Al Zaidi assured me that my car would be in good hands and once the maintenance on my car was done, Al Zaidi gave me call to let me know everything was ok. I want to thank Al Zaidi and the other Al that was working at that location for taking care of me and my car. I am very thankful for this automotive shop. When my car broke down on the side of the highway, I called several shops for help, but was only told that they could assist when I found a way to get to their location. I finally called 1st Integrity Auto where the manager arranged a tow truck to take my vehicle to the shop where they further diagnosed and fixed the car on the same day. I was in dire need of my vehicle since I live out of town. I appreciate the attentiveness and the assurance they gave me that everything was going to be okay. I recommend this place to anybody, very wholesome and easy to talk to people.

Just a quick endorsement here for the pros at Integrity-1st. Albis is living by the name of the business. I brought my 2015 Challenger in because it was making a loud, $500-sounding noise that was only occurring when decelerating. I dropped it off and about an hour later I came to pick it up, expecting to pay a small fortune for a new drive-shaft, an rod knocking in the engine, or a transmission. Instead, he showed me that a heat shield between the exhaust pipe and drive shaft had come loose and was the cause of the noise. A very minor problem, and easily fixed without additional cost to me. I’ll definitely be bringing my vehicles to this shop in the future.

This is HANDS DOWN the BEST place to take your vehicle in the Dallas, Texas area! They were SO professional and helpful and QUICK!! I had been using another auto shop for a number of years. Due to some issues there, I wanted to take my car elsewhere. I had had a couple of conversations with Matt about my car needs and appreciated his straight forward approach and knowledge. I took my car in yesterday and they were able to get the part quickly and finish the work by the afternoon. Matt arranged for me to get home and then get back once my car was ready. I felt confident in the work that was done and there was no pressure to do more than was necessary. I am so happy to have found a car repair shop I can use in the future.

Great and friendly staff. I recommend this to anyone, they specialize in lowered cars also!Brought in my 14 jetta to get an axle change and they managed to get my car on the lift.Amazing work they do, great prices also!This is my go to auto spot if i need anything else done.Huge shoutout to Integrity 1st in Carrollton off Keller springs. I was having transmission issues so I thought. The guys at Integrity tried to gind the issue so they asked me to take them for a ride to see if they were missing anything, but of course the truck worked perfectly. Matt is always very efficient and doesn’t push auto repairs on you like other stores do . Love the diagnostic tool that they run on the car and txt you the details so we can see what needs to be fixed and what’s running just fine.Will be taking our cars back there for sure

First time customer. Had a flat tire that caught a screw in it. Was afraid I might need a new tire. They checked it out in a timely manner and showed me where the screw went in and had patched it up. He said the tire was good and they also checked the air pressure in my other tires as I asked them to. No charge for patching the tire and I appreciate their honesty in not trying to sell me a new tire. Friendly place and would go back in the future.

I have been going here for around 4 years. Before that I went to Goodyear and was treated poorly. I can’t believe I found this place. It was close to home so I thought I would try it. I could kick myself for not going sooner. Being a women and not knowing a lot about cars, they treated me with respect and have always explained things to me. Matt, you and your crew are the best in the business.Whenever I call you because a light comes on in my truck or I’m afraid to drive it. You always tell me not to worry and bring it in. Great guys! Al is super friendly and kind. I was a walk-in customer and they did everything I needed (tire rotation, tire leak fix and alignment) as fast as they could. Walked in at 215pm with an appointment I scheduled the night before. They took me in 15 minutes and they recommended a good spot to eat across the street. They called shortly after i finished my meal. As i was walking back i expected them to have a huge bill with a bunch of things they thought needed to be done. But to my surprise, they said all i needed was an oil change. No unnecessary this and that. Even said my break pads were good and i can come back when i hit 30k miles in order to change them out. The customer service and the keep it simple approach is what will have me back again. Thank you guys.

My exhaust manifold had 2 broken bolts causing my truck to lose power and good fuel efficiency. Chris and his team were able to extract the broken bolts and installed OEM Mopar parts so I could get back on the road! I also highly recommend the Platinum program. It basically pays for itself if you use it! Lastly, I believe they are truthful! Most mechanics get the reputation of tacking things on but not here. Thank you Chris.

Had an issue with my ac and dropped it off and they were able to take care of the issue within the same day. Unfortunately after 2 weeks the ac began to blow hot air once again. I called and they were able to get me in right away. The initial issue, leaking condenser was not the problem and they were able to find out the issue which was a switch that has gone bad. The switch regulates between hot and cold air. They were able to manually switch to cold air and now my vehicle is blowing ice cold air once again. The service is amazing and you will not be disappointed. Definitely coming to this location to get all of my service and vehicle needs taking care of.

I don’t usually do this, but I had a really positive experience with these guys today. Very authentic and up front; as I waited today I saw them be transparent with a customer into the garage to adequately communicate the issue and when another individual arrived with a need for a repair they didn’t offered - they were quick with recommendations to help that person out. Just a really positive experience and I walked away knowing this is the type of place I would go back to again.

I love this shop! I've been trying to find a great honest shop for like a year after my regular mechanic closed up their shop. This shop does great work, they are upfront, and they roll with the punches when the unexpected happens. Sam was very good on keeping me updated, very professional and personable. I even got a thank you card from Roy, one of the auto techs. Very nice touch guys! I feel valued as a customer. 😀

I came in with a car that I'd been struggling with. Bought it recently, but the previous mechanic that looked it over I didn't take too serious. Albis helped us work though the problems with the car, and from that I've been able to make a much better decision about what I'm doing with the car.Very informative, walked me through exactly what was wrong with the car. I was in a car accident on my way to see family for the Thanksgiving holiday November 2020. After dealing with the claims and 2 different insurance companies I was finally able to drop my car off here to get fixed!They did a fabulous job! My car demanded a lot more repairs than originally thought, and so it took a bit longer to repair. My car came back to me fully detailed and immaculate!I could not be happier!

This shop has been servicing my vehicles for years for several reasons, the foremost would be honesty and quality of service. Their pricing for parts and service are also fair, and the staff never tries to upsell the service/repairs that are not needed or don't need immediate attention. Most important if you want a place that is honest and that you can 100 percent TRUST in a mechanic this is the place. Whether its an oil change to inspections to major engine issues which they have all handled for me in an economical timely manner. Unlike other car repair places they wont suggest you fix something that's not broken. This is the ONLY place I take my car to and KNOW i'm in good hands.

I visited this location on my lunch (not my first visit). The staff is professional, friendly and my oil change was completed without any problems. It took a bit longer than expected (and longer than what I was told) to get it done, but I certainly appreciate them squeezing me in without an appointment.EDIT: The manager, Albis, reached out to me to discuss my oil change, and the time constraints I had. I think it's wonderful that he took the time to do this, and that is what you call top notch customer service. I updated my review from 4-stars to 5-stars!

It is so comforting to know that I can trust my car to the guys at the Carrollton location. They are always able to service my car right away even without an appointment. Alvin, the manager, goes above and beyond for my car. He makes sure all the fluids are always topped off and that all the maintenance is done. He does extra things for my old car. I highly recommend Albis and the team in Carrollton. I’ve been in three times in the last few months with various issues on my Honda Civic, and they were able to fit me in day-of or the following day.Most recently I bought new spark plugs at a brick and mortar store and tried to change them myself, but I wasn’t able to. I brought the spark plugs into Integrity 1st, and the team changed out them at no charge. It goes to show they make an effort to build relationships with their customers and take care of them.
