We want you to trust that when we repair your vehicle, we do so thoroughly and accurately the first time around. However, we know that life isn’t always perfect and things don’t always go as planned - which is why we provide the highest level of protection available in the industry. Our warranty is designed to protect you and your family and is valid up to 2 years or 24,000 miles on select services.
NATIONWIDE COVERAGE
Our warranty is valid at all participating TechNet automotive warranty locations across the country. For instance, if you get your vehicle repaired at Integrity 1st Automotive in Plano - and the newly installed part fails while you’re on a road-trip through Florida with the family, we've got you covered.
ELIGIBLE REPAIRS & SERVICES
You're protected on new components and their installation against defects in manufacturer, workmanship, and materials for 2 years/24,000 miles. Normal operational wear, excessive or abusive use, performance modifications, a change in vehicle ownership and commercial use are NOT covered under this Warranty.

HOW TO FILE YOUR WARRANTY CLAIM
You must have and physical or digital a copy of the original repair invoice.
IF YOU ARE WITHIN 25 MILES OF
AN INTEGRITY 1ST LOCATION
If you are within 25 miles of your original Integrity 1st Automotive location, we recommend that you return your vehicle to that location and present your copy of the invoice. Simply contact your original Integrity 1st Automotive shop, and one of our team members will walk you through your warranty coverage and help you schedule a service appointment.
IF YOU'RE MORE THAN 25 MILES AWAY from our locationS
If you cannot reasonably get to the original repair location, please call the original repair location to alert them of the issue, prior to calling the Warranty Administrator or having repairs performed at another facility. Our team members will assist you with the warranty process.

If you are in need of warranty assistance outside of our normal hours of operation, please call the Warranty Administrator at 1-866-588-0728 prior to any Warranty work being performed. This toll free number can be reached from 8a-8p EST M-F, and from 8a-5:30p EST on Saturday, excluding US holidays.
The Warranty Administrator will direct you to the nearest participating location for Warranty work. If there are no participating locations in your area, you may take your vehicle to a non-participating service location. If the non-participating location will not accept payment from the Warranty Administrator, pay for the Warranty service and submit your original repair invoice and subsequent Warranty repair invoice to the Warranty Administrator for reimbursement.
LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
Any limitations and exclusions detailed in your specific repair invoice are in addition to the following and take precedence over the general Terms, Limitations, and Exclusions.
❌ ANY INTERNAL REPAIR OR COMPONENT REPLACEMENT REQUIRING THE REMOVAL OF AN AUTOMATIC OR MANUAL TRANSMISSION OR TRANSAXLE FROM THE VEHICLE OR DISASSEMBLY OF THE SAME.
❌ ANY INTERNAL REPAIRS OR REPLACEMENT OF INTERNAL COMPONENTS, OR REPLACEMENT OF ENGINE ASSEMBLY.
❌ CLUTCH COMPONENT OR ASSEMBLY REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT.
❌ COMMERCIAL VEHICLES
The following kinds of vehicles are subject to a Warranty period limited to and not to extend the written warranty provided by the manufacturer of any such installed part. Labor reimbursement is not eligible.

⚠️ PACKAGE DELIVERY, INCLUDING US POSTAL SERVICE VEHICLES (LLV-FFV) AND RURAL ROUTE VEHICLES
⚠️POLICE CAR/TRUCK/VAN, INCLUDING PURSUIT, CRUISER, AND PRISONER TRANSPORTATION

The following parts are subject to limitations either reducing time and mileage parameters of the Warranty or voiding all stated and implied warranties for approved parts. Labor reimbursement is not eligible.
⚠️ JUNKYARD/SALVAGE YARD OR USED PART, DEFINED AS ANY PART THAT HAS BEEN INSTALLED AND UTILIZED BY ANY OTHER VEHICLE, LICENSED OR NOT
⚠️ SUBLET OR REBUILT PARTS, DEFINED AS ANY PARTS DISASSEMBLED OR REASSEMBLED WITH THE INTENT TO REPAIR OR REFURBISH, OR ANY PARTS PRODUCED BY A COMMERCIALLY NON-RECOGNIZED INDUSTRY “REMANUFACTURER.”
⚠️ REMANUFACTURED ENGINES, TRANSMISSIONS, DIFFERENTIALS, AND TRANSFER CASES ARE WARRANTIED ONLY BY THE REMANUFACTURER. ALL WARRANTY CONDITIONS AND COVERAGES ARE LIMITED TO THOSE SPECIFIED BY THE REMANUFACTURER AND ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE INTEGRITY 1ST AUTOMOTIVE WARRANTY

Customer-supplied parts are void of all written, promised, and implied warranties, including but not limited to the Warranty. Labor reimbursement resulting from the failure of any such part, and any damage related to or caused by the installed customer-supplied part, is not eligible for Warranty coverage. All customer-supplied parts may be installed on “as-is” basis, subject to a higher published installation labor rate, and/or at the discretion of the individual Integrity 1st Automotive location.
