Our warranty is valid at all participating PAC automotive warranty locations across the country. For instance, if you get your vehicle repaired at Integrity 1st Automotive in Plano – and the newly installed part fails while you’re on a road-trip through Florida with the family, we’ve got you covered.
You’re protected on new components and their installation against defects in manufacturer, workmanship, and materials for 2 years/24,000 miles. Normal operational wear, excessive or abusive use, performance modifications, a change in vehicle ownership and commercial use are NOT covered under this Warranty.
If you are within 25 miles of your original Integrity 1st Automotive location, return your vehicle to that location and present your copy of the invoice.
Simply contact your original Integrity 1st Automotive shop, and one of our team members will walk you through your warranty coverage and help you schedule a service appointment.
If you cannot reasonably get to the original repair location, please call the original repair location to alert them of the issue, prior to calling the Warranty Administrator or having repairs performed at another facility so we can ensure compliance and success rate of approval.
If you are in need of warranty assistance outside of our normal hours of operation, please call the Warranty Administrator at 1-866-541-9805 prior to any Warranty work being performed. This toll free number can be reached from 8AM – 8PM EST Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays.
The Warranty Administrator will direct you to the nearest participating location for Warranty work. If there are no participating locations in your area, you may take your vehicle to a non-participating service location. If the non-participating location will not accept payment from the Warranty Administrator, pay for the Warranty service and submit your original repair invoice and subsequent Warranty repair invoice to the Warranty Administrator for reimbursement.
Any limitations and exclusions detailed in your specific repair invoice are in addition to the following and take precedence over the general Terms, Limitations, and Exclusions.
❌ INTERNALLY LUBRICATED ENGINE/TRANSMISSION PARTS (E.G. TURBOCHARGERS, CRANKSHAFTS, TIMING CHAINS)
❌ DRIVE MOTORS (E.G. WHEEL OR HYBRID/ELECTRIC MOTORS)
❌ BODYWORK, PAINT, GLASS
❌ TIRES, BATTERIES
❌ USED OR SALVAGED PARTS
❌ PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE (OIL CHANGES, FLUID FLUSHES, WIPERS, FILTERS, ETC.)
❌ REPAIRS ON COMMERCIAL VEHICLES OVER 1-TON CAPACITY
❌ CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED PARTS
❌ INCIDENTAL/CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (E.G., RENTAL, LOSS OF USE)
❌ ENGINES & TRANSMISSIONS
