Why talk to Integrity 1st

We’re an operator, not a broker. Integrity 1st started with one shop in Plano in 2015 and now has 16 across Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio and Kansas City, so the people reading your note know what it takes to build and run one.

  • You set the pace

A first conversation commits you to nothing. Reach out now, next year or when the time feels right.

  • We know the work

We run shops every day: technicians, service advisors, customers and buildings. We look at an opportunity the way an operator would.

  • It stays with us

Your inquiry goes to a small internal team. We don’t share it outside the company or ask for financial documents up front.

How it works

  1. Share your opportunity

Use the short form below. It takes a few minutes, and only the basics are required.

  2. We review it

Our team looks at what you’ve sent and, if it could be a fit, contacts you directly.

  3. We talk about fit

Together we decide whether there’s a mutual fit and what sensible next steps would look like.

Tell us about your opportunity

Only the basics are required. Everything else can wait for a conversation.

  • Read by our internal team
  • No obligation and no timeline
  • No financial documents at this stage

Common questions

Do I need to be ready to sell?

No. A conversation commits you to nothing, and the timing is yours. It is fine to reach out years before you decide anything.

What will you ask me for?

Only what is on the form: how to reach you and the basics of your shop, property or idea. We do not ask for revenue figures, financial statements or tax returns at this stage.

Who sees my inquiry?

A small internal team at Integrity 1st, including our leadership. It is not sold, shared outside the company or added to a marketing list.

I want to open an Integrity 1st franchise. Is this the right place?

You can start here and we will point you to the next step. Franchise candidates go through the franchise team’s own process, which begins with the inquiry form at integrity1franchise.com.

Does Integrity 1st finance new businesses?

No. We do not offer startup financing or investment through this page. If you are exploring a franchise, the franchise team can walk you through the investment involved, which is set out in the Franchise Disclosure Document.
