A WORRY-FREE WARRANTY

We want you to trust that when we repair your vehicle, we do so thoroughly and accurately the first time around. However, we know that life isn’t always perfect and things don’t always go as planned - which is why we provide the highest level of protection available in the industry. Our warranty is designed to protect you and your family and is valid up to 2 years or 24,000 miles on select services.

NATIONWIDE COVERAGE

Our warranty is valid at all participating TechNet automotive warranty locations across the country. For instance, if you get your vehicle repaired at Integrity 1st Automotive in Plano - and the newly installed part fails while you’re on a road-trip through Florida with the family, we've got you covered.

ELIGIBLE REPAIRS & SERVICES

You're protected on new components and their installation against defects in manufacturer, workmanship, and materials for 2 years/24,000 miles. Normal operational wear, excessive or abusive use, performance modifications, a change in vehicle ownership and commercial use are NOT covered under this Warranty.

ELIGIBLE REPAIRS & SERVICES

You're protected on new components and their installation against defects in manufacturer, workmanship, and materials for 3 years/36,000 miles. Normal operational wear, excessive or abusive use, performance modifications, a change in vehicle ownership and commercial use are NOT covered under this Warranty.

HOW TO FILE YOUR WARRANTY CLAIM

You must have and physical or digital a copy of the original repair invoice.

IF YOU ARE WITHIN 25 MILES

If you are within 25 miles of your original Integrity 1st Automotive location, we recommend that you return your vehicle to that location and present your copy of the invoice. Simply contact your original Integrity 1st Automotive shop, and one of our team members will walk you through your warranty coverage and help you schedule a service appointment.

IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 25 MILES AWAY

If you cannot reasonably get to the original repair location, please call the original repair location to alert them of the issue, prior to calling the Warranty Administrator or having repairs performed at another facility. Our team members will assist you with the warranty process.

If you are in need of warranty assistance outside of our normal hours of operation, please call the Warranty Administrator at 1-866-588-0728 prior to any Warranty work being performed. This toll free number can be reached from 8a-8p EST M-F, and from 8a-5:30p EST on Saturday, excluding US holidays.

The Warranty Administrator will direct you to the nearest participating location for Warranty work. If there are no participating locations in your area, you may take your vehicle to a non-participating service location. If the non-participating location will not accept payment from the Warranty Administrator, pay for the Warranty service and submit your original repair invoice and subsequent Warranty repair invoice to the Warranty Administrator for reimbursement.

Customer-supplied parts are void of all written, promised, and implied warranties, including but not limited to the Warranty. Labor reimbursement resulting from the failure of any such part, and any damage related to or caused by the installed customer-supplied part, is not eligible for Warranty coverage. All customer-supplied parts may be installed on “as-is” basis, subject to a higher published installation labor rate, and/or at the discretion of the individual Integrity 1st Automotive location.

While I was in the position that I would have said yes to practically anything, there was no need. The information in the report was clear and concise; they thoroughly explained everything that was issues of concern. They outline what I needed to do my next check-up and gave me a full report on each area they checked. I loved that I got a text message of the information and was able to view it before I went to pick up my vehicle to organize my questions. The statements in their waiting room say it all, what they are and do is pretty straightforward. While this was my first visit, I can say it will not be my last.read more

I cannot give this shop enough stars! I am from OKC and was in a major bind being in Dallas on a Saturday with a major... brake issue. I had just had my pads replaced and the boneheads in OKC didn’t torque down the mounting caliper bolt and it found it’s way out. The caliper then interfered and galled my rim. Chris and Kevin were super helpful and quick for it being a Saturday! They helped me with the repair that was quality and cost effective so I can get back to OKC to raise hell with my local shop. Too bad Chris and Kevin don’t work in OKC! Thanks again for your help guys!read more
